On January 12, 2023, police acquired a report of a break and enter to a storage within the space of Valcourt Manner. The suspect(s) gained entry and stole two firearms from a storage room within the storage.

- Possession of a Firearm whereas Prohibited
- Possession of a Firearm Obtained by Crime
- Unsafe Storage of a Firearm
